1.- I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click on the "Sign in" link found at the top of this page. Go to the "Forgot Your Password?" section of the page, and fill in your email address. Click on the "submit" button. And then you will receive an email immediately to reset your password at www.jpmbeads.com

2.- Are all your products available in stock?

Stock updated time to time hence we take time margin about 7 to 20 days in manufacturing.

3.- How to make a payment?

For India:- Through CC Avenue, during the checkout Payment option appears, customers can make payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, Debit Card etc.

For International:- CC Avenue (Use $ instead of INR)  and Wire Transfer. During the check out those payment options appears.

4.- How can I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order including the real-time preparation information from the “order history” of your account on our website. Our customer services representatives will also keep you updated with the status of your order by sending you emails.


5.- What is Gross weight and Net Weight?
Gross weight is including packing material such as inner card board box, poly bags,Carton etc. Net weight is actual weigh of the products.

6.- How can we get SHIPPING COST?

7.- What is Minimum order quantity?

8.- How can I order from your company?
Just register your selves or if already a member please login and start add products in your shopping cart. You may add items in your wish list also. It is very user friendly. 

9.- Is all you quality fine? 
Yes, all our products are very fine quality and made by skilled craftsmen. We manufacture in our work site taking service of experienced and skilled craftsmen who are fully trained in this field, hence we have not only full control on the quality but our services are prompt.

10.-What is your Payments Methods? 
We accept payment by secure Paypal or by wire transfer (T/T) 

11.- Where do you ship? 
We are covering all parts of the world and getting positive feedback from our customers. 

12.- I want my own designs in bulk quantity. Is it possible? 
Yes, please contact us at jpm@beadsnfindings.com with your design. We welcome to your custom designs and assure you to do our best job for you. We assure you about the secrecy of your custom made order which do not appear in our catalogue nor displayed to other importers 

13.- I need some physical samples to see the quality, Can you send me?

14.- What is Delivery time? 
We normally dispatch goods in 3-4 weeks from the date of order/Payments confirmation. Delivery time depends upon shipping method i.e. courier, air or sea. Actual dispatch date can also be different depends on the size of order, so please get confirmation after placing the order. You can also enquire the possible shipping date for your order by sending email to support@beadsnfindings.com. 

15.- I am launching a new website; can I use your images? 
Please don't try to copy our images from website. If you want those images for your website, please let us know your complete address, our team will be sending images in CD ROM or by emails attachments for you. 

16.- Why are the goods in mixed color I received are not exactly same color as the picture on your website shows?

The pictures of these beads on our website are just a reference to tell you that they are in mixed colors. However, the colours we get from the factory may vary each time. Just contact us if you have special requirement on the color and we will try if we can get them for you to meet your requirement.

17.- Do you have a printed catalog? 
Since our product range is unlimited, it is not possible to have printed catalogue. All our designs are online and we keep adding on new designs there. 

18.- I am new comer in this trade and want to start work? 
You'r welcome. We will be glad to help you in every possible way. Even if you want small quantities to start, you can order from us.

21.- What are Payment Terms? 
We accept 100% advance for orders upto US $4000.00 and 50% advance for the orders between US $4000.00 to US $8000.00, and 30% advance for the orders above US $8000.00. 23.-Size Availability? 
We make most of the beads in sizes ranging from 2mm to 40mm in all shapes and holes from 2mm to 9mm. click here to see our Size Sample View. 

24.- Packing System? 
Usually we pack loose beads in 1 kilo poly bag and then put it into 1 kilo card board box and then we put 20 such small boxes in a strong air/sea worthy card board box of size 32x29x27 CUBIC CMS. Besides above, we also do header packing, personalized packing, Zip bag packing, box packing, etc. as per the customers interest. Your special instruction for packing is always welcomed.
